Even though the sea at times is very powerful with crashing waves, there is also a great sense of calmness, tranquility and peace about it. These images of the ocean with the relaxing sound of the wind and the sounds of the sea can be used for healing meditation, specifically ocean meditation. Use this ocean relaxation with natures music as part of a stress relief inner healing programme.
